Terms of Service

1. Registration & Ticketing
To attend the event, a valid registration must be completed using our official website. All payments must be made online through the available payment options (e.g., PayPal).
Your registration is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Access to the Virtual Event
After registration, attendees will receive:

  • A unique event access link

  • Instructions for joining the online platform

  • Additional event-related updates as needed

Access credentials must not be shared, distributed, or used by anyone other than the registered attendee.

3. Use of Event Materials
All presentations, slides, recordings, documents, and discussions provided during the event are the intellectual property of the event organizers and/or speakers.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, record, or share any part of the event without explicit written permission.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain a respectful, professional environment throughout the event.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in:

  • Disruptive or abusive behavior

  • Harassment

  • Unauthorized distribution of content

  • Attempted breaches of platform security

No refund will be issued in cases of removal for misconduct.

5. Technical Requirements
Attendees are responsible for ensuring:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A compatible device

  • Updated browser and audio/video settings

The organizers are not responsible for individual technical failures.

6. Event Modifications

We reserve the right to alter:

  • The schedule

  • Speakers

  • Topics

  • Program format

Any significant changes will be communicated via email. Such modifications do not qualify for refunds.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event support email provided at registration. Refund eligibility depends on the date of cancellation in relation to the event date (March 12, 2026):

0–15 days before event: No refund
16–30 days before event: 50% refund
31–60 days before event: 75% refund

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to attend

  • Technical issues on the attendee’s side

  • Removal due to misconduct

  • Duplicate registrations made by the attendee


8. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at least 10 days before the event, provided written notice is sent to the event team. No transfers will be allowed within 10 days of the event date.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not liable for:

  • Personal losses

  • Technical failures

  • Internet outages

  • Platform interruptions

  • Changes in program content

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the event


10. Privacy Policy

By registering, you consent to the use of your:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Organization details for event-related communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties unrelated to the event.
